The practice of mindfulness – an intentional and nonjudgmental awareness of what you are sensing and feeling in the moment – has been found to promote numerous mental health benefits, such as reduced stress and improved anxiety and depression. Join us for this session to learn more about mindfulness as well as some simple mindfulness techniques you can practice to reduce stress and improve your mental health and well-being.
